A look into GHR Healthcare’s new headquarters at Viking Partners’ Valley Square

Light, bright, sophisticated, modern, and design-forward-a space to inspire a team. This was GHR Healthcare’s vision for their new 28,000 square-foot headquarters at Viking’s Valley Square Office Park in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. The company tasked the construction team with bringing this concept to life.

After deciding to relocate to Valley Square in September 2023, GHR Healthcare embarked on a 7-month project with Viking Partners, Gola Corporate Real Estate, Shields Construction, Stockton Real Estate Advisors, and RHJ Associates to design and build their dream office space. Their goal was to unite their previously fragmented team in a space that would foster better company-wide collaboration.

In their previous headquarters, GHR Healthcare operated across three floors, leading to a sense of isolation among team members, particularly those not situated on the main floor. This prompted their search for a new office that would meet their needs and accommodate future growth. For them, this looked like a well-located and highly customizable space, allowing the entire GHR Healthcare team to work on a single floor—all at a great value.
Fortunately, Valley Square’s four buildings are designed to meet these requirements. Office tenants of various sizes can benefit from spacious, adaptable floor plans, innovative and flexible ownership, modern amenities, and convenient access to both Philadelphia and its flourishing Blue Bell suburb.

This office renovation complements the broader revitalization of Valley Square. Since acquiring the property in 2019, Viking has enhanced the complex with several amenities: a “Grab & Go” market, modernized lounge areas, free WiFi in common spaces, a 48-person conference room, and an outdoor patio featuring updated seating and furniture.

Construction management is one of Viking’s many in-house capabilities, which also include asset management, property management, and property accounting. GHR’s custom office space is among multiple construction projects that Viking has completed in 2024. Our esteemed construction and property management teams currently oversee more than 4.2 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties across Viking’s national portfolio.
