Drew Grote serves as an Asset Manager for Viking Partners and is responsible for directing and implementing the business plan for several of Viking’s properties. Prior to joining Viking Partners, Drew was an Asset Manager at Newcastle Limited in Chicago, overseeing 1,000 apartments and 250,000 square feet of retail. He also worked on acquisitions and ground-up development opportunities. Previous to Newcastle, Drew was an Associate at Rushmore Properties in Chicago, where he sourced, analyzed, closed, and managed value-add investment opportunities nationally.

Drew earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Indiana University.
