Jeff leads Asset Management in the Midwest and Southeast, and oversees the execution of the asset business plans, including leasing, property management, operations and capital projects. Prior to joining Viking, Jeff spent 11 years at First Interstate Properties in Cleveland as the Director of Asset Management. At First Interstate, Jeff managed a four million square foot commercial real estate portfolio, consisting of office, industrial, multifamily, retail and hotel. Prior to First Interstate Properties, Jeff spent eight years at Forest City Enterprises in Cleveland in the Commercial Finance group procuring both construction and permanent mortgage debt for the commercial real estate portfolio.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA with a focus on Finance from Cleveland State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
