Michael Arnovitz serves as an Acquisition Manager for Viking Partners and is responsible for sourcing potential acquisitions into the Viking portfolio. Prior to joining Viking Partners, Michael was a Director at Ladder Capital in Los Angeles where he originated over $700mm of fixed rate securitized loans and floating rate balance sheet loans collateralized by multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, self-storage, manufactured housing communities, land, and condominium properties across the country. Prior to joining Ladder Capital, Michael was a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald’s real estate group, CCRE, where he originated and closed over 100 loans totaling in excess of $1.5bn across all asset types throughout the country.

Michael received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati where he majored in Real Estate and minored in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
