Peter is focused on raising capital and building an equity pipeline at Viking. Prior to Viking, Peter was the Business Development Executive, Real Estate Alliances at LOTH Inc. from 2016 to 2020 where he focused on relationships within commercial real estate, construction, and real estate development in Cincinnati. Peter managed LOTH’s projects with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, Colliers, and many local general contractors. Peter previously spent 13 years in sales and marketing within the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine industries as Medical Device Distributor,  Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Representative.

Peter is a member of NAIOP, UC Real Estate Roundtable, and an active volunteer for the American Heart Association. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ole Miss.
